Delicious frangipane (creamy almond paste filling) sandwiched between two layers of flaky pâte feuilleté (puff pastry). Each Galette comes with a crown and  trinket, called a fève, or bean, usually baked into it. We provide the fève on the side so you can insert it into the Galette on your own prior to serving. It’s an invitation to gather, as much party game as pastry – if your slice has the fève, you get the crown and the right to be king or queen for the day.
