French pastry enthusiasts Edouard and David blend their Paris roots and inspiration from regions like Saint-Tropez and Bordeaux to bring you Maison Valentine.
To ensure the finest French flavors, we frequently travel to France, collaborating with top pastry chefs to stay ahead of culinary trends. We train our team to maintain the highest standards and source most of our ingredients directly from France, preserving authentic taste and quality.

Le Chef
Maison Valentine was born of family heritage and a partnership with the immensely talented pastry chef: Stéphane Merlat.
Stéphane attended the famous Ducasse school in France and has brought his colorful and playful pastry, as well as professionalism, to Maison Valentine.
Stéphane is a true “haute-couture” pastry designer.
