To ensure excellence, Edouard and David frequently travel to France, collaborating with the country’s top pastry chefs to stay ahead of culinary trends.
They continuously train their team to maintain the highest standards and source most of their ingredients directly from France, preserving authentic taste and quality.

GRANNY VAVA

Maison Valentine is, above all, an homage to "Granny Vava".

Valentine was an outstanding pastry chef who dedicated her whole life to raise four generations of the Cavallero family, the former owners.

She is a symbol of French savoir-faire and is the source of inspiration for Maison Valentine’s delicious creations.

LE CHEF

Maison Valentine was born of family heritage but also from meeting an immensely talented pastry chef: Stéphane Merlat.

Stéphane attended the famous Ducasse school in France; he has brought his professionalism, and his colorful and playful pastry universe to Maison Valentine.

Stéphane is a true “haute-couture” pastry designer.
