Le Chef
Maison Valentine was born of family heritage and a partnership with the immensely talented pastry chef: Stéphane Merlat.
Stéphane attended the famous Ducasse school in France and has brought his colorful and playful pastry, as well as professionalism, to Maison Valentine.
Stéphane is a true “haute-couture” pastry designer.
